A resident of Fountain Valley since 1967, Mary Connally (formerly Tubbiola) has watched Orange County evolve from farmland to suburbia.  Mary and her husband Mike, an attorney, met as students at Fountain Valley High School, attended Loyola Marymount University and have been married since 1977. They have three wonderful children, now adults, and are actively serving at Crosspoint Baptist Church in Huntington Beach.

      Mary always had an interest in real estate, attending neighborhood open houses and following market trends.  After three transactions as a principle, Mary decided to make it her profession.  She threw herself into educating herself and working for a high volume, experienced agent as a transaction coordinator to accumulate knowledge and experience fast.  Keeping up with marketing techniques has been crucial.  In the years since Mary entered real estate, the multiple listing service has been revamped four times, the purchase contracts have changed significantly, and the Internet has become a key marketing tool!  It is truly an evolving field.

      Mary is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Pacific West Association of Realtors, with the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation.  She chose Tarbell Realtors because of the excellent support, marketing materials, and continuing education that they provide.  Tarbell has been a successful family owned company since 1926 by staying on the cutting edge of the real estate business and continually updating their agents about trends and technology.
